Nuts & seeds muesli

Ingredients:

Whole oats
Oat and bran mix
Pumpkin seeds
Sunflower seeds
Desiccated coconut
Flame raisins
Whole hazelnuts
Roughly chopped Walnuts
Ground cinnamon (optional)


Method:

Toast the seeds and nuts with a sprinkling of cinnamon.

Toast the coconut until very slightly browned.

Once cooled mix with the oats and raisins.

Store in an airtight container.

Serve with milk or yoghurt.
